Trick or Treat!

Jaquelyn had an excellent Halloween. We went to High River and had a little birthday party there for her and she got to trick-or-treat with Riley & Tanner. Very fun!

Pumpkin Carving

The day before Halloween we headed over to my mom's to carve pumpkins with her & Beth & Jordan. Because we were going to High River for Halloween Jaquelyn dressed up for some early trick-or-treating at Gramma's house.

Benson turns 2 months old!

The time is absolutely flying by. I cannot believe that our baby is already 2 months old. I feel like I blinked and it's November. I weighed him for his 2 month birthday, he is 13lbs 5oz. Such a big boy! He's doing great - generally a very happy baby. Loves us to hold him all the time, loves snuggles and adores his big sister. He has started to smile at us, and will give Jaquelyn big smiles when she talks to him. Here are a bunch of pictures of him from his 8 week/2 month old birthday week. He's so precious!

Jaquelyn turned 3 years old on the 26th of October. We were all home sick, recovering from the flu. We had a nice quiet day at home with our girl. This picture was taken the day before, she was napping on the couch and just looked too cute. Poor little girl was so sick. Jaquelyn opening her birthday presents - so exciting!

Because we were so sick we had to wait until the following weekend to hold Jaquelyn's birthday party. Everyone came over on Sunday for a party.

Sunday at Gramma & Grampa's house

These are just a few pictures from last Sunday at supper at my mom's house. Jaquelyn was being pretty funny. She found a small paint roller and tray and decided to "paint" the office door.
Auntie Marla gave her a lift so she could do high up.

Fun at the Calgary Cornmaze

Last Sunday we joined our friends Alec & Annalisa and went to the Calgary Cornmaze. It was a very fun place that we'll definitely have to check out again next year. Most of these pictures were taken by them, Henri and I only took a couple - you'll be able to tell which ones were theirs...they have a much better camera!

The last thing we did before we were ready to call it a day was go on the cow train. It was so cute, they pulled it around with a lawn tractor.

Benson at 7 weeks old

This post is a week overdue, but here are a few photos of Benson on his 7 week birthday. They would have been up sooner but we have spent the majority of the last week with everyone but Benson sick with the flu. We are sure thankful that he didn't get sick and also that Jaquelyn is finally starting to feel better!
